Trouble tickets and Live chat replaces the e2db help & support forum and has already proven to be a hit with existing customers. Trouble tickets allow more efficient resolution and management of questions, as they allow attachment of files, logging of previous questions and answers, ticket urgency and general ticket maintenance.

Live chat allows you to chat with Interkonect sales and technical support staff in real time, as well as co-browse and exchange files. Most of the web pages on the website have a live chat link in the navigation bar which will bring up a pop-up window allowing you to chat to a sales or technical support staff member. Please note this is only available weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm GMT time.

Version 2.0 now available for download E2db server now comes in two editions, the personal edition which allows you to process web form responses from one web form and the Business edition which allows you to process web form responses from an unlimited number of web forms. Take a guided tour.
